Vegetable gratin with Feta Cheese

As I have been discussing these days the recipes in this week and next will be designed to provide ideas for those who want to surprise their moms on Sunday.
Today we have a delicious Greek cuisine very light, tasty and dietary while may occur as a starter, Vegetable Gratin Recipe with Feta Cheese.

Ingredients (4 people):
     A cut of 100 grams. Feta cheese (which are sold in supermarkets and laminated and bathed in their own serum, so they do not dry).
     Oregano.
     salt
     pepper
     ½ zucchini.
     ½ eggplant.
     2 tomatoes
     10 asparagus
     2 artichokes
     Olive oil.

Preparation of Vegetable Gratin Recipe with Feta Cheese:
Step 1: Preheat the oven (oven + grill position).
Step 2: Clean the vegetables, cut into strips and place in a baking dish. They throw salt and pepper, oil, bits of cheese on top and finally sprinkle with oregano above.
Step 3: Put in the oven at 240 degrees for ½ hour (depends a bit on the oven), when it begins to brown, it's ready to serve.
Since feta is not fat, this dish can be considered as dietary.
