The rice recipe I bring you today, dubbed by myself as "rice three vegetables" is a variable of fried rice that I like, how could it be otherwise, for three reasons (or two, or four ): it is very healthy, because it is very easy to do (like everything I propose) and because it is very drinkable both summer and winter.

Production of rice three vegetables (for 2 people):
1. Chop the onion and fry over low heat with a little oil, very carefully so they do not burn us.
2. Chop the three vegetables: broccoli first, then the pepper and carrot (they pretty tiny chunks).
3. Broccoli add it to the pan once the onions are beginning to brown. We climbed the fire a little (very little), and we cover the pan.
4. After about eight minutes since I threw the broccoli, add the carrot and green pepper, and stir well.

In the table, three vegetables rice is doing great soy sauce, but since everyone has to like, or the same amount, it is better to put the pot on the table (or small bowl) for everyone to take what they see fit.
