Potato salad recipe

The potato salad is a cold dish perfect for the hot season and as a snack for any time of year. Although it is known in many parts of the world, originated as the name suggests, is Russian. Lucien Olivier was the chef of a restaurant in Moscow who created this recipe that swept across the country and around as Ukraine even to many Mediterranean countries and also jumping the ocean to eat in South American countries such as Ecuador, Peru and Chile.
In Spain is a very elaborate dish in the summer season and is based on the potato as the main ingredient, along with other ingredients like lasaceitunas, red pepper, tuna and elhuevoduro, all well mixed and watered with an egg mayonnaise.

ingredients:
2 large potatoes
2 eggs
pitted olives
Canned peas
2 small cans of tuna in oil
1/2 mayonnaise jar
canned red peppers
salt

Step by step:
First boil the potatoes with skin in salted water until tender. While we can go into another container loshuevosdurante baking 15 minutes.
Once the potatoes are cooked and have cooled peel them and we break into small cubes.
With cooked eggs, we remove the peel and chop.
In a salad bowl games and put the potatoes and eggs and add chopped olives, shredded tuna, peas and peppers into strips. And finally add the mayonnaise and mix well.
It is advisable for a long time in the fridge before eating to this cold.
