Grilled tuna steak with vinaigrette

Ingredients (4 people)
1 piece of tuna steak (500 grams).
3 tablespoons soy sauce.
3 tablespoons lemon juice.
1 lime.
1 orange.
8 type cocktail tomatoes.
1 fresh chives.
A sprig of basil.

How is it made:
