Hearts of palm salad, melon and HAM


INGREDIENTS:
250 g of palm drained
600 g of fresh melon
200 g of sliced ​​ham
3 tablespoons olive oil

PREPARATION:
     Cut the hearts of palm, sliced ​​melon into cubes and ham into medium pieces.
     Arrange in a bowl, add salt to taste and cover with olive oil. Refrigerate until ready to serve at the table.

     Note:
     Optionally you can add 2 tablespoons of sauce soj
