INGREDIENTS:
4 large yellow peaches are ripe
2 tablespoons sugar
a glass (about 60 cc) of Cointreau
PREPARATION:
Peel and chop the peaches. Add sugar, Cointreau and stir well. Refrigerate and let marinate several hours. Serve cold.
Note:
Substituting one of the tablespoons sugar 6 drops of liquid sweetener, significantly cuts the calories and virtually no taste difference. If you do not have Cointreau, you can also use kirsch, rum and peach schnapps.
