Sepia with garlic

New season started, we've finished the days off and take this blog eager to share recipes, start with a delicious recipe that we really like to do it from time to time to treat ourselves, but the fact is that riding a in the kitchen ... Now we do not have that problem and used our kitchen helper, the Thermomix.

There remains a very sepia soft and juicy, flavorful and requetebuena is a recipe more than recommended, the other day visiting the blogs that I frequent I found this recipe on the blog of my hostess, ¨ ¨ did not sell so well this fabulous sepia not get late in the day we went shopping and I took two good cuttlefish to prepare the recipe.

Sepia with garlic
ingredients
     Pinch of salt
     2 medium-1kg cuttlefish about-
     Oil 50g
     5 leaves fresh parsley
     4 cloves of garlic

instructions
     Prepared with Thermomix
     Incorporated into the glass the garlic and parsley, program 5 seconds, speed 5.
     Lower the remains at the bottom with spatula
     Program incorporates oil and 5 minutes, varoma, speed 1.
     Add chopped cuttlefish and a little salt, 20 minutes program, varoma, turn left, speed spoon.
     Important, when your 12 minutes sofriéndose cuttlefish with spatula gives a few laps to sepia to be equal saute on all sides.
