STRAWBERRY MOUSSE


INGREDIENTS:

300 g of strawberries
50 low-fat cheese
50 g sugar
2 egg whites

PREPARATION:

     Wash, cut and crush strawberries until pureed. Incorporate the strawberry puree fresh cheese and sugar and continue beating the entire mixture.
     Riding stiff egg whites and slowly add the remaining ingredients. Reserve in the refrigerator for at least three hours before serving.
