Ingredients mashed potatoes with salmon (for 2 people):
1 out of 50 gr. of mashed potatoes (or 2 normal sized potatoes)
100 gr. smoked salmon
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/3 of a liter of milk
paprika
salt
Preparation:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan. When it is about to boil, add the mashed potato flakes. If you choose to make the puree from whole potatoes: Boil the potatoes, peel, crush and add to the hot milk.
2. Stir continuously, add more milk if necessary, and add salt. Add two tablespoons of olive oil, and sprinkle a little paprika. Add also, if you will, a pinch of ground black pepper. Stir again.
3. Pour over the mashed previously chopped smoked salmon and mix well. Serve hot.
It takes no more than 10 minutes in shaping this recipe if you choose to use the mashed potatoes on. If you have not tried never to mix the mashed potatoes with other ingredients, certainly opens your imagination ban after trying this simple, nutritious and delicate recipe.
