Prawns with Garlic

Garlic prawns. As I'm having enough pace to catch him see blog today (not to complicate a lot) and make some garlic prawns, a very easy recipe but no less delicious. These shrimp are done at a time and serve a good tapas or as a base for another recipe (eg scrambled garlic prawns and cauliflower).

It is advisable to use fresh prawns but if you only have frozen make sure you are properly thawed and dry before you add them to the pan (excess water is bad for this recipe).
Ingredients to make garlic shrimp (for 2 people):

     150 grams of peeled shrimp
     10 cloves of garlic
1 dried chilli (if you can use a pair of cayenne peppers)
     8 tablespoons olive oil
     salt

Recipe for garlic prawns (for two people):

Put heat the oil in a saucepan or skillet. Add the chilli, sliced (or whole cayenne pepper).
Peel the garlic and cut into slices. Add them to the pan.
When the garlic begins to change color add the prawns and a pinch of salt. Leave the fire until the prawns change color (not more than a couple of minutes).
Away and served in a ceramic casserole and served with bread for dipping into the oil. Off the kitchen and to eat!

To eat:

You see that this recipe is no mystery and it's really easy easy. The only precaution you must take is to do or be too dry prawns as a shoe sole.

You should also be careful not to let the garlic too long before throwing fire shrimp or burning end. If you are concerned that you finish burning a good trick is to let the garlic is golden brown, then remove them (helping a skimmer or spoon) before adding the shrimp. This oil will have already caught the flavor of the garlic and prawns can do without fear that you burn. Then you just have to re-add the garlic at the last minute and serve your garlic prawns.
