Vegetable pie

Call vegetable pie this juicy and rich cake made of all that I caught by dialed a few days ago, is blatantly throwing on the side of simplicity, because to be completely honest, I should have called this recipe "cake with spaghetti vegetables and mushrooms stuffed with sausage and mayonnaise fries". A name, this, more attractive, but also overwhelming.

I by all means everyone try to make my vegetable pie, for several reasons. The first, most important, because it is scrumptious, the second, more practical, because it is one of those recipes that let you take advantage of those sad pieces of vegetables, and any other ingredient that are left forgotten in the refrigerator with the passage of time, and the third, the more you will like it, because even a child can cook this vegetable pie.

Ingredients vegetable pie (8 servings):
11 eggs
1 cup milk
1 zucchini
1 large red pepper
1 green pepper Italian
200 gr. mushroom
100 gr. paste
1 leek
1 bunch asparagus
salt
Olive oil

For the filling (optional):
Frankfurt sausages
Bacon
mayonnaise
Preparation of vegetable pie:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water. When ready, drain and set aside.
2. Saute mushrooms and vegetables, all washed and cut into strips (asparagus, into smaller pieces) with olive oil, point of salt, and spices that you like more.
3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a little milk.
4. Pour into a casserole dish and vegetables poached mushrooms, drained pasta and egg, and mix well. Bake 30 minutes at 170 ° C.

The vegetable pie will be very substantial and tasty as is, without any dressing, but in my case, as I had cake for several days, let me experiment a little and I invented a sausage stuffing and mayonnaise that gave a pinpoint interesting. If you want to make the stuffing, vegetable pie recipe and follow.
5. Fry the sausages cut into thin strips with olive oil.
6. Once removed from the mold, and cut, open vegetable pie portions in half (like a sandwich bread) and top with strips of sausage and mayonnaise.
Then it occurred to me that I had been wrong not add some caramelized onions and bacon to the filling. But this, like the rest of improvisations which lends the vegetable pie, I leave to your account.Until next recipe!
