artichoke fritters

The donut is a dough that is deep-fried. The dough may be mixed with water, milk, yeast huevoo. They may include a filler that can be sweet or savory, for ejemplomanzanao fish.
The padding that I propose for this dish of artichoke lacocinatradicionalespañolaes, unaverduracon many properties and high in fiber.

ingredients
     8 artichokes.
     100 gr. flour.
     1 glass of beer.
     2 eggs.
     Parsley.
     Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
     Sal
     Pepper.

elaboration
He removed the outer leaves of the artichokes, cut the ends and split in half. Boil in salted water for 15 to 20 minutes and drain. In a bowl, put the flour, beer, a splash of oil, parsley, salt, the two buds dehuevoy a pinch of pepper. Kneaded well, letting stand 20 minutes. Whisk the egg whites until stiff, are incorporated into the dough and mix well. Add the artichokes caring coat well with batter.
Abundanteaceitede bursts olive in the pan and when hot fry the artichokes.

We must take care not to burn and a source are removed with absorbent paper.
