Leek pie

This leek pie recipe is a simple recipe that can develop as a starter or appetizer dish. For those you want to make this dish a main course we can add a bit of cod and be tasty and juicy.
The leek pie is not just a pastry filled with a mixture of several ingredients, among which is the leek that has not been and is very popular among children. ingredients:
     2 courgettes.
     3 leeks.
     Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
     Sal
     3 eggs.
     Cooking cream.
     Puff Pastry.

Preparation:
They are cleaned and cracked courgettes and leeks into small pieces.
In a frying pan and fry olive elaceitede simmer until fully poche.
