CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOMS

Ingredients (serves 4):
4/4 chicken leg
1 large can of whole mushrooms or fresh mushrooms 200g
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
3 cloves of garlic
parsley
1 small glass of white wine
1 cup of water
Olive oil
salt
pepper

preparation:
We start by halving each hindquarter. The salpimentamos and brown them in a pan with olive oil. While browning chop very finely the onion and pepper and add them, along with chicken sofriéndolos.
In a mortar, Crush the garlic and parsley with a little salt and add to the pan, give a few laps, we also add the drained mushrooms and rebañamos what is left in the mortar with a little white wine added also once the chicken is browned. Add a little water and close the cooker. I prepared in pressure cooker and cook takes about 15 minutes. If you prepare without pressure cooker would have to cook about 45 minutes or until chicken is very tender note.
If we want the end we can bind the sauce. Dissolve a teaspoon of cornstarch in a little water and add it, stir, give a boil and is linked.
