Custard Chufa Horchata from Valencia

Horchata is a refreshing beverage (including dessert), prepared with water, sugar and mashed groundnuts (or ground). Groundnuts are small underground tubers shaped knots coming from the roots of sedge countersunk named for the shape of its fruit like hazelnut.
The recipe that I present today are some original tiger nut milk custard Valencia.

ingredients
     1/2 liter of Horchata
     2 tablespoons sugar
3 egg yolks one whole dehuevoy
     3 tablespoons cornstarch

elaboration
We put in a bucket of horchata, leaving a little to undo the cornstarch. Add the sugar and put into the fire.
Loshuevosa Mix the cornstarch mixture and horchata.
When horchata we have in the pot begins to boil add it.
Stir continuously with a whisk or a wooden spoon, until thickened. They should look like a light cream, if you see that have thickened more than they should, you have to add a little more horchata.
We can put all the custard into a bowl, but presented in small clay pots, or other containers such as bowls, cups, etc., Is much prettier presentation. Then sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate to cool and leave it there until it is brought to the table.
