Apple salad, blue cheese and walnuts

Blue cheese, although it may seem a strong ingredient, is perfect to give a twist to a salad, but must be combined well with the other ingredients to taste so strong it has to be offset with the rest. This salad is made up of nuts and raisins that provide the crunch and sweet as opposed to cheese. As can utilizarseaceiteyvinagrecomo dressing on any salad, but especially in this recipe is very adaptable mustard vinaigrette.

ingredients:

1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
100g blue cheese (crumbled)
3 slices of smoked bacon
1/2 apple
8 tablespoons extra virgin olive deaceitede
4 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons sherry devinagrede
salt

Step by step the vinaigrette:
In the bowl of a blender put the oil, mustard, some salt elvinagrey. Then we beat all until it is emulsified and aside to dress the salad at the last minute.
Step by step the salad:
