Blown queso

The cheese souffle is one of the classics in different varieties soufflé recipes. It is very easy to make and fairly quick to make, you can easily fix a starter without spending much time in the kitchen.

ingredients:
6 eggs
200 gr. grated
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon potato starch
400 ml. milk
salt

Step by step:
We put in a pan to heat the butter to melt and then add the flour and potato starch. I move well and add the milk, leaving it in the fire until it begins to boil, when add the grated cheese.
On the other hand separate the whites from the yolks, and add the yolks to the pot where we cooked the other ingredients and remove from heat.
We whites separately until we beat them until stiff they are well mounted add them slowly and outflanking the other ingredients.
Just pour it into a mold is well-oiled and introduce it in the microwave about 4 minutes at full power. You can do it all in one mold or individual molds distribute it to make it more comfortable and original at the time of submission to the board, remember that the mold should be preferably earthenware or ceramic soufflé that rises well and look perfect.
You serve it right out of the microwave because the drop following soufflés.
