Potatoes stuffed with cheese and salmon

One of the best combinations to fill the cheese potatoes and smoked salmon is a classic and it's a very simple recipe to fuss with ingredients easy to find in any supermarket.

ingredients:
4 large potatoes
100 gr.salmonahumado sliced
350 gr. cream cheese (Philadelphia type)
100 gr. grated
100 ml. of cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon capers
salt and pepper

Step by step:
Wash the potatoes well to remove any dirt and dry after the prick with a fork. Put them in a microwavable container and introduce it between 8 and 10 minutes at full power. The time depends on the microwave and power, it is best to open and clicking the potatoes are soft when it is already done.
