Ingredients (serves 4):
4 cloves of garlic
8 thin slices of hard bread loaf or several days
1 tsp paprika
1 l of water
1 egg per person
Olive oil

preparation:
We fire a pan with a little olive oil where sofreiremos chopped garlic cloves without excessive browning. The split of the heat and add the paprika, this is done to prevent burning with excess heat. Then add the slices of bread and give them a few turns with the wooden spoon to coat the garlic and paprika. Add the water and salt and cook for 8 minutes. According starting to cook, lower the heat to a minimum.
Served with a cracked egg in each bowl, to be cooked by the heat of the soup.
