ingredients:
1 large can of peaches in syrup (480 g approx.)
150 ml peach juice
200 ml of double cream
1 tablespoon icing sugar
1 plain yogurt
175g brown sugar

preparation:
Drain syrup peaches, cut into slices and arrange them in a glass bowl. Add the peach juice mixed with a little of the syrup from the peaches.
Whip the cream with the icing sugar until firm and add the yogurt integrating it into the cream with outflanking.
Equally Pour the yogurt mixture over the peaches and cream, cover and allow to cool in the refrigerator a few hours.
When cool sprinkle brown sugar on the surface of the cream and burn with a torch, burning plate or the grill if enduring the heat source.
Allow to cool and serve again.
