LACÓN WITH PEPPERS

ingredients:
cooked pork shoulder
Grilled Peppers wood (or a pot of El Bierzo roasted peppers)
Olive oil

preparation:
Place the pork and cut into slices about 3 mm on a plate in the center some roasted peppers and finish off with a drizzle of olive oil. If required the peppers can add a little salt.
 
Since I take and I show you another dish of this land, the Bierzo. You will find it in almost every restaurant menus around here, and you can not try to stop, it is a delicacy.
