PUMPKIN CREAM

ingredients:
1 pumpkin about 1 kg
1 leek (white part)
2 large carrots
Vegetable broth or chicken
Olive oil
salt
water

For the decoration:
cream
Peeled pumpkin seeds
preparation:
We started washing the squash and leeks. Peel the carrots and pumpkin and chop. Pumpkin Seeds, "pipes", the book can dry and for other preparations, or for eating as is a little toast.
