CREAM FILLED DOUGHNUTS

ingredients:
For the dough:
200 gr of sifted flour
100 gr of butter
125 ml water
125 ml of milk
5 eggs
1 l. sunflower oil for frying
The peel of a lemon
Pinch of salt
icing sugar

For the cream:
500 ml of milk
100 g of sugar
3 egg yolks
40 gr cornstarch
25 gr of butter
A few drops of vanilla extract

preparation:
We started putting water in a pan, milk, butter, salt and lemon peel. We let boil for 2 or 3 minutes, we remove the lemon peel and toss the flour all at once. Work the dough on low heat with a wooden spoon until it comes away from the edges of the pan.
