TRADITIONAL RICE PUDDING AND CHEF O MATIC

ingredients:
200g short grain rice
1.5 liters of fresh whole milk
150g of sugar
50 gr of butter
250 ml of cream
Cinnamon stick
The skin of a lemon
1 pinch of salt
Traditional Preparation:
We put in a pot of milk, rice, pinch of salt, cinnamon stick and lemon peel and simmer we stirring constantly so it does not hit us for 45 minutes.

Chef o Matic Preparedness:
