I remember years ago I was given a cookbook you miss all with yogurt to buy a pack of Danone yogurt cake and this was very successful in my circle, clear that besides yogurt cakes are very common easy, but I always gave a touch of lemon zest and sugar dusted once finished glass.

ingredients:
- 3 eggs.
- 1 lemon yogurt.
- 3 cups of flour.
- 1 glass of OlivaVirgen deAceite Extra.
- 2 cups of sugar.
Preparation:
In a bowl, throw the three eggs, yogurt, flour and oil the glass envelope of yeast. Blend everything well until the dough is smooth. Once the dough is placed in a compact container baked for 45
minutes at 170 °. After this time is removed from the oven and allowed to stand before serving.
