Hummus for Thermomix

This weekend if you have guests at home you can prepare a "tasting menu" to learn about the wealth of lacocinaárabe. Preparation:We took in the glass all the ingredients (except paprika) any grind a few seconds at speed 3. After 2 minutes at speed grind 4.The texture depends on your taste. The original is quite "rough" but if you want you can crush 30 seconds at speed 6.If it has become too thick, a tad añadidle water and turn to shred a few seconds at speed 4.Serve in bowls, threw a dash deaceitede olive and sprinkle with paprika, if you like, parsley or cilantro for garnish.
