Beans with Chicken

Today I bring you a recipe-style Blogcocina: beans with chicken rich, nutritious, balanced and so easy to cook, you can not even cook habar as such. Moreover, beans and chicken are one of those dishes that you can serve restorative rather warm in winter to turn your body into a walking estufilla, or cold in summer to feed without embarrassing.

As I made with lentils and rice, in the case of the beans with chicken again I will take to bring out my new banner claim of legumes as an alternative to meat, for those who want to avoid or limit fats latter . And I'll do it by showing the clear differences between the nutritional properties of 100 grams of beans, and 100 gr. of beef steak:

The table is overwhelming. In all the "good" (carbohydrates, fiber, energy and even proteins, so commonly associated with meat), earning the beans, and in all that we want to avoid (especially saturated fat), meat shows its main weakness. Yet meat recipes are infinitely more defendants, in general, that the pulse.

With this, I do not mean to draw the conclusion that I should not eat meat ever. I am defending the middle path, that of moderation in everything and nothing excessive, but when food comes with a letter like legumes in general and specifically the beans, I do not err on .
And I have not said it best: my beans with chicken are made with a 375 gr. chicken, and 400 gr. Bean of these sold in bottles, accompanied by other vegetables. So that all you have to do is brown the chicken, add the beans, and a finishing touch.

Ingredients beans with chicken (for 2 people):
375 gr. chicken
400 gr. bean bottle (best with vegetables)
Chicken seasoning (I use one I buy spices in a position as before, carrying a little bit of everything: cilantro, basil, parsley, cumin, black and white pepper, garlic, bay leaf, mustard, cloves, rosemary and walnut nutmeg).
50 gr. cheese "semi"
Olive oil
salt
Development of the beans with chicken:
- Cut the chicken into pieces and brown in a skillet with a little olive oil and spices prepared. It is very important to flavor the chicken with what you have. If you like curry, is also doing well.
- Open the jar of beans and toss in the pan. Stir over medium heat.
- Grate 50 gr. cheese on the pan, and let it just melt. Serve hot.
If you have children and find it hard to eat vegetables, try these beans with chicken, and then you tell me. If you do not like, you will not change the recipe, change your child.
