Pears with chocolate

Ingredients pears in chocolate (for 8 people):
4 pears
1 egg
4 tablespoons sugar
5 cl. rum
1/2 lemon
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
90 gr. nut

Preparation:
1. Wash the pears, peel, remove them and discard the heart.

3. Once drained, reserve the pears in a bowl, and pour over them the juice of half a lemon, to prevent rusting and discoloring.
4. Grind the pear pieces in a blender and add the rum, one egg, two tablespoons of cocoa powder, two tablespoons of sugar and chopped into small pieces nines.

6. We put the pears in the oven preheated to 150 ° C for 50 minutes.
