Ingredients for rice with garlic and potatoes (for 2 people):
1 bunch garlic shoots about 150 gr.
1 large potato
2 carrots
1 green pepper

Developing rice recipe with garlic and potatoes:
1. The first thing we will do is peel the potatoes, cut into large dice, and cooking it. Once cooked, aliñaremos with salt, oil and paprika, and reserve.
2. Meanwhile, let's wash the garlic, are going to "clean up" cutting off the ends, and let's chop.

In a pan with a splash of olive oil, let cook the garlic over medium or slow, and after a few minutes we will add the carrots (also washed, peeled and cut into small pieces), and pepper well chopped.
