Scrambled eggs with garlic

Although my latest recipes are recipes from the oven also interests me, and by far the skillet. Now rediscover the scrambled almost never done.

Is it faster cooking. You have to have everything well prepared and work fast, do not go because you should be juicy. It is seen and unseen.

A few days ago I made one with garlic, lightly browned and the shocked me so much delight, today I added a little red prawns and have given color to remove non ajete prominence to the shrimp. Softer but very rich.

2 large eggs
1 tablespoon cream

1-2 spring onions
12 fresh, peeled prawns
extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
Cut the garlic into pieces about an inch, then the onion rings and fine oblique.

Mix the two eggs and cream, beat 3 seconds.

Heat oil (about 3-4 tablespoons) in a pan and add the garlic, brown them slightly, 1-2 minutes. Then incorporate the shrimp and onions until they change color, another 1-2 minutes.

Pour the egg and we're removing. We closely monitor creamy. A few seconds to fire and other second stirring off the heat. Add salt and pepper. A little chopped parsley to present.

If sospecharais that you can pass the cooking can add a splash of cream to cool the mixture (this time we did not need).

While in the toaster put some bread on the side.
