Angulas with prawns

The guides are a substitute for glass eels that are made from surimi. They are low in calories and rich in proteins of high biological value.
In this recipe for eel, combine with prawns. We got a healthy dish, delicious and perfect to take to work.

ingredients:
- 400 g of eels
- 200 g of prawns
- 2 cloves garlic
- chilli
- oil

Preparation:
In four earthenware pots, put two tablespoons deaceiteen each. Then peel the garlic and cut into slices to alaceitecon add a small piece of chilli and fry over low heat.
When golden brown add the garlic see eels and peeled prawns, stir with a spoon and away from the fire. We serve at the time.
