ingredients:
1/2 pound linguine pasta, uncooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-1/2 lb. boneless chicken thighs, skinless, cut into bite-size pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 jar (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
1 package (6 oz) baby spinach leaves
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese with a hint of cream cheese or Mozzarella cheese Filadelphia.
How to prepare:
COOK pasta as directed on the package, but omit the salt.
MEANWHILE, cook and stir the chicken and garlic enaceitecaliente, in a heavy deep skillet or pot and Dutch type, over medium-high heat for 3 min. or until chicken is no longer pink. Add the sauce, simmer over medium-low for 8-10 min. or until chicken is cooked, stir occasionally. Add spinach; cocínala 1 min. or just until tender, stirring frequently.
Drain the pasta. Putting up Serve chicken mixture and cheese.

For a spicier sauce, add, along with spaghetti sauce, 1/4 tsp. red chili flakes to the chicken mixture.
