- 8 pork chops.
Extra-OlivaVirgen oil.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 12 sprockets.
- 1/2 onion
- 1 beef bouillon cube.
- 1 small carrot.
Preparation:
Peppered chops lightly fry are left undercooked and put into a pot. Fry the garlic, onion and carrot and then placed in the perola of chops. It adds a little deaceitedel that was used to fry the chops, half a glass of wine and cover with water. Add the chopped parsley and beef stock cube, and put
the fire to cook.
In a little oil, fry a tablespoon of flour, another of tomato sauce, paprika another and another half glass of wine. Reserves this paste.
They take the perola lasverdurasde. Strain the cooking juices. Grind together with pine nuts and red pepper and is added back to the perola of chops and broth. Add the reserved pasta, dissolving well. If needed is added thicken fine maize flour dissolved in cold water.
Suggestions:
You can substitute pork for chicken breast. Served with fries.
