Spirals and zucchini puff

Today I want to give you a quick and easy recipe to make pastry spirals that are perfect as a starter, for picotaer or as a starter for a summer meal or barbecue. Also this recipe has the advantage that can be varied as desired by changing the ingredients or add other new ones, for example we can use sausage instead of ham, or cheese slices instead of shredded, or do so only with ham and cheese. These spirals met them at a dinner at a friends house, and since then is a recipe that I have on hand for when I have guests at home or make a picnic because you can prepare in advance and is very easy to carry if you are leaving to eat in a country escape.
Ingredients:Puff pastry sheet (either frozen or chilled)Fried Ketchup1 ZucchiniThin slices of ham or turkey sausageGrated cheese
Step by step:First you must thaw the puff pastry sheet and place peeled on the kitchen counter, previously floured. If you purchased the chilled pastry, so you just have to unroll and stretch leaving the wax paper on the dough comes as base. I personally prefer the second option, because it is faster to use.Once we have stretched the dough surface untaremos with tomato sauce. Now we wash and peel the zucchini, and once you have clean, with a potato peeler we will make very thin slices to place over the entire surface of pastry and tomato.Above will place the slices of ham or turkey, as we prefer, and sprinkle them with grated cheese. Then we'll have to roll the pastry leaving their inner ingredients we put, for it will begin to roll it carefully for side to reach the other. We will be a kind of roll or Swiss roll. Now we just have to cut it into slices go wider than placing on wax paper on a baking tray. When we have all placed the slices with a little paint can dehuevobatido above. We must keep in mind not to put too attached to others because cooking them will enlarge its size and can be glued together. Finally we just have to introduce them in the oven at 180 degrees until we see that the pastry is golden.
