Chickpea Salad

For these days almost unbearable heat we usually go to the salad at noon and refresh method. The downside of this is that many times we fall short in a matter of nutrients and that is why I present today a chickpea salad recipe for you not to happen.
By introducing the salad unalegumbreen are doing a complete single incoming dish.

ingredients:
     Chickpeas: 400 grams
     Onion: 1 unit
     Tuna: 100 grams
     Green pepper: 1 unit
     Tomatoes: 2 units
     Hard boiled eggs: 2 units
     vinaigrette

Preparation:
Started draining and cooling the chickpeas under water.
Chop the peppers, tomatoes and onion finely.
We place the chickpeas in a bowl and then add all the ingredients, leaving loshuevospara the end (so do not break).
Finally prepare the vinaigrette:
For this we need 3 tablespoons olive or sunflower deaceitede, 1 tablespoon vinegar, salt and black pepper.
Aliñamos chickpea salad with vinaigrette and ready to serve!
