APPLE WITH YOGURT SAUCE

INGREDIENTS:

4 blocks
2 nonfat yogurts
2 tablespoons honey
1 heaping teaspoon cinnamon
1 stick of cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar ½

PREPARATION:
Peel apples, cut into eight wedges and remove the core.
In a large skillet melt the butter and slowly saute the apple slices with the cinnamon stick, for about 8 minutes. Halfway through cooking, add the honey, teaspoon cinnamon, a finger of water and continue to cook another 4 minutes. Should be removed frequently to prevent sticking, but be careful not to break the pieces.

While apples are done, toss in a bowl the yogurt and brown sugar, and beat vigorously until creamy.
When the apple slices are done, distribute them among 4 individual plates and sprinkle each with the yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.

     Note:
The dessert will continue running even scrumptious emplees white sugar instead of brown sugar, or if you do not have cinnamon, yes, the cinnamon can not miss.
