Baked hake with potatoes and tomato bed

A rich hake, made ​​on a base of potato and tomato
ingredients
     1 approx 1kg hake.
     2 medium tomatoes
     2 medium potatoes
     ground pepper
     Extra virgin olive oil
     salt
     chopped parsley

instructions
