INGREDIENTS:
250 g strawberries
50 g sugar
250 g fresh cheese
3 tablespoons milk
50 g of red jam (strawberry, raspberry, berries ...)
1 lemon
PREPARATION:
Wash the lemon and grate the peel (yellow part only).
Put all the ingredients together in a bowl and wipe the blender. Allow two hours in the freezer.
Remove, vigorously beat again, split it into individual containers and leave in the fridge until ready to eat.
Note:
You can garnish with a little whipped cream on top.
