Chicken thighs WITH PEPPERS


INGREDIENTS:

8 Chicken Thighs
2 large red peppers
150 g Tomato Fried
1 onion
3 tablespoons oil

PREPARATION:

     Clean the red peppers and cut into strips. Chop the onion. Salt the chicken drumsticks.
     In a pressure cooker put three tablespoons of olive oil and brown the chicken drumsticks for 10-15 minutes. Add the onion and peppers and continue sautéing another 10 minutes over medium heat.
     Add the tomato sauce, 1/2 glass of water and, if necessary, add salt. Close the pan and cook about 30 minutes in traditional pot or pressure cooker 12 minutes.

     Note:
     Since this dish is quite well preserved, may amount to prepare more interested we fix a plate in a few days.
