Grilled prawns

For a day of celebration can be an appetizer or an ideal dish.

This is an easy dish, where it seems that all the merit is in the raw material. However, we must not neglect the opportunity to make the most of a special flavor.
It's no excuse to get to cook and eat well.

For a day of celebration can be an appetizer or an ideal dish.

This is an easy dish, where it seems that all the merit is in the raw material. However, we must not neglect the opportunity to make the most of a special flavor.

As for the type of shrimp to use there are many varieties and in this case, I will use the tiger shrimp.

ingredients:
- A dozen shrimp
- 2 cloves garlic
- A branch of parsley
- Olive oil
- Media chilli
- Brandy de Jerez
- Coarse salt

preparation:
Put a frying pan on a stream of olive oil, the garlic finely minced, chopped parsley and chopped chilli.

Fry over low heat, stirring without stopping no more than two minutes.

Add the prawns and turn up the heat. Expect to catch the typical reddish color to turn them over. Drizzle with a dash of brandy, boil 1 minute and remove from heat.

To serve them in a bowl, season with salt.

About the prawns:

In this case we have used tiger prawns, but we have other options: jumbo shrimp, Japanese green tiger striped shrimp.

The prawns are a food, although little energy has a 20% protein content and an important mineral. Its main drawback is its high content of cholesterol (200 milligrams per 100 grams). Therefore, people who need to control their cholesterol diet should exclude from its seafood.
