Leek pie AND CHEESE


INGREDIENTS:
300 g leeks
100 g of cheese Idiazábal (or other strong)
½ l of milk
100 g bread crumbs
4 eggs
1 teaspoon butter
Salt and pepper

PREPARATION:
     Wash and cut the leeks into 3 or 4 cm. Cook them until tender, drain well and cut again, this time very finely. Sauté a few minutes later with a teaspoon of butter.
     Put the milk to boil and, before it starts to boil, add the bread crumbs and stir well. Allow to cool slightly and pour over the sauteed leeks. add previously grated cheese, beaten eggs to tortillas and season to taste. Mix everything very well.
     Pour the mixture into a greased pan and place in a preheated oven at 200 °, leaving until cake rises and is golden brown. It may take time hot or accompanied by any salad.

     Note:
     Since this dish keeps well, can you make more interest amount for a dish we solved within days.
     If not leeks season or if we take less, we can also use canned vegetable cans.
