INGREDIENTS:
Tape 500 g fresh pork loin
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
100 g mushrooms
3 tablespoons currants
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
PREPARATION:
In a nonstick pan put the oil and fry for 10 minutes very finely chopped onion, along with the sliced garlic and a few drops of soy sauce. Then add the raisins, loin, cut into thin strips and the rest of the soy sauce. Cook over medium heat another 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, now without putting more oil, lightly roasted sliced mushrooms, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Then add the pork loin roast, mix well and serve hot.
