BEEF ROUND

INGREDIENTS:
600 gr. round of beef
1 onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 bay leaf
1 small glass of white wine
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
parsley and thyme

PREPARATION:
Crush the garlic and add thyme, parsley and a little oil, thereby making a paste with liquid rather than rub well all the meat. Chop the onion.
Put the remaining oil in a pressure cooker and brown the meat for a few minutes with the lid open. Remove the piece and reserve.
In the same pan, saute the chopped onion until soft (about 10 minutes), without burning. Then pour the flour, bay leaf, white wine and a glass of water, letting it cook all together a few minutes. Then put the previous round salty, close the pan and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes after it starts to fire steam.
Remove the round and cut into thin slices. Pass the sauce through the blender. Meat can be served hot or cold, but always hot salsa sauce separately.

     Note:
Since this dish keeps well as long as it does not mix with the sauce, you may be interested to make more quantity we fix a plate in a few days.
Serve with mashed potatoes or any vegetables in season ..
