INGREDIENTS:
1/3 of a kilo of beef tenderloin
1 ripe tomato
1/2 onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Oregano and pepper
PREPARATION:
Chop garlic and onion. Peel and chop the tomatoes. Divide the piece of tenderloin into two portions.
Heat oil in a pan and pour the chopped garlic and onion, turning until it gets soft.
Add the chopped tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over low heat 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season the pieces of tenderloin and grilled them or grill with high heat about 2 minutes per side (time may vary depending on the desired point).
Put the meat into the dish, pour the mixture over it already prepared and serve immediately.
Note:
You can also use beef tenderloin, but to earn 50 or 60 calories per serving.
