Chicken skewers


INGREDIENTS:
4 chicken breasts
8 cherry tomatoes
1 jar of roasted peppers
1 jar of artichokes cooked
1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon brandy
3 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper

PREPARATION:
     Chop the chicken into cubes of about 3 cm and marinate in a mixture made with lemon juice, brandy, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
     Assemble the skewers, alternately skewering beef tacos with vegetables (sometimes tomato, pepper and other artichoke other).
     Make grilled with a little olive oil or grill 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180, having got painted before with a little oil.
     Serve fresh with a salad garnish if desired.

     notes:
     Those who like the oriental flavors find these skewers even more appetizing if we add sweet and sour sauce.
     Although some gain calories, instead of the four chicken breasts can be used 400 g of minced beef.
