Macaroni and cheese

I bring the typical recipe of macaroni, easy and quick to prepare, and inexpensive. To do so, we need per person:

    
1 handful of macaroni
    
100 ml of cooking cream
    
A little milk
    
A bit of bacon
    
Grated cheese
    
1/4 of onion
    
1/2 chicken bouillon cube
    
Oregano
    
Salt
    
Olive oil
    
1 bay leaf
We will need a pan for the sauce, a pot for the macaroni and a colander ready in the sink. Now prepared as follows:

    
We cook the macaroni handfuls necessary in a pot with water, a splash of olive oil, a little salt, oregano, bay leaf and half the amount of the stock cube we need for the whole recipe .
    
While baking, prepare the onions and bacon. Chop the onion fine and fry over medium heat with olive oil. When you are a little fried, add the bacon.
    
To find out if you are ready macaroni, we catch one, we put cold tap and try it, to see how they are to soft. Once ready, take them to a colander that we have previously left in the sink.
    
In the same pot make the sauce. Put the cream and heat started to rapid fire. When boiling, it went down to medium and add a little grated cheese, and the rest of the stock cube well chopped. The will try to see if it is good taste, and correct the consistency with milk.
    
Once the sauce list, we add the onion and bacon fried along with the frying oil, and stir well.
    
Finally, with the pot over low heat, add the macaroni, and stir well so that the sauce is perfectly homogenized.
We have a rich recipe for a day that we do not have much time or desire to do something laborious. To give versatility to the recipe, saying that the only variables ingredients are cheese, cream, chicken broth and onion. We can use other types of pasta and other meat.
