Chicken in carrot sauce

Hello! The recipe for today was an invention which has resulted in very different and delicious. It is a light and dietary prescription.

The chicken as we know is a good protein that we include in our menus, low in fat, is cheap and we can prepare many different ingredients.

Today's recipe has a rich chicken breast with a sauce that I prepared with fresh carrot juice. If the chicken breast do not like change for the thighs and legs, which are the juiciest pieces of chicken.
 
A rich chicken flavored with carrot juice.
ingredients
     2 medium chicken breasts boneless skinless
     2 cups fresh carrot juice
     2 tablespoons margarine or butter at room temperature
     1 or 2 tablespoons finely chopped chipotle chile (remove seeds if you want it spicy)
     salt and pepper
     4 tablespoons sugar
     lemon peel for garnish
     2 tablespoons oil

instructions
     You prepare a paste by mixing softened margarine or butter with salt, pepper, garlic and chipotle pepper.
     UNTAS chicken breasts with this mixture all over and let it sit for at least half an hour.
     Over time, put in a pan and heat the oil and put the chicken and Doras perfectly on both sides.
     I recommend you use Teflon pan, non-sticky and using less fat.
     A low fire must be the golden chicken process thus begins to cook inside.
     When the chicken breasts are golden brown Gregas carrot juice and sugar, mixing well.
     You can if you want to mix the juice with the sugar and incorporate already mixed.
     Cooking over low heat and the pot covered until the juice thickens slightly and feel firm breasts.
     Serve on a plate with a little of the sauce and decorate with lemon zest.
     I like to serve this chicken with some rice.
     Or if you want more dietary served with a nice salad of mixed greens.

Notes
I do not recommend you use canned juices, the taste is very different from fresh carrot juice.
