Meat Lasagna

Who does not like the lasagna?, Pasta at home we really like, not a week that does not prepare a dish that contains it, so we like macaroni, like spaghetti, cannelloni, pasta salads ... we love !

This time I've miss meat, but we can do it in different ways, for example, can make it with vegetables, seafood, chicken, turkey ... ultimately what we like.

The base of this dish is going sandwiching layers of pasta, meat or ingredient that we have chosen, bechamel, again pasta, meat, bechamel, finishing with pasta sheet, a layer of bechamel and grated cheese abundant.

This is a strong dish, so it is recommended to eat a rather small piece, accompanied by a salad, if we lighten this great dish, we can dispense with the bechamel and finish with cheese only, we must consider if we choose this option, choose a low-fat cheese.

Anyway from time, to time we treat ourselves and enjoy a good lasagna, there's always lighten dinner with a piece of fruit, well compensated.

ingredients
     Prepared with Thermomix
     18 plates of lasagna noodles, precooked-
     sofrito:
     150g onions
     120gr carrot
     150g mushrooms
     1 clove of garlic
     60g green pepper
     400g chopped tomatoes
     Extra virgin olive oil 50g
     rest:
     500g minced beef
     1 bay leaf
     Salt-to taste-
     Pepper-to taste-
     Oregano, to taste-
     Bechamel sauce:
     500ml whole milk
     50g cornflour
     20g butter
     Nutmeg-to taste-
     Salt and pepper, to taste-
     100g grated cheese

instructions
     Prepared with Thermomix
     Part the cheese into pieces, speed 7 program, several seconds, until the cheese is completely shredded, reserve.
     It incorporates all of the sauce ingredients, program 15 seconds, speed 5, with the help of the spatula down remains of walls and lids, program 7 minutes varoma temperature, speed 1.
     Incorporates lasagna plates in hot water to soften.
     Add minced meat to the glass, and with the help of the spatula removes some meat so it is not lumpy, spices and salt, program 15 minutes, temperature varoma, turn left, speed spoon, if you see that the sauce is a little liquid, program 5 minutes, same speed and temperature, salt rectified, remove the cup and reserve.
     Clean the glass and then incorporating the other ingredients of the bechamel and program 7 minutes, 100 º, speed 4.
     In a previously buttered source incorporates a layer of pasta sheets, meat sauce, a little bechamel, so we end up with a layer of lasagna over the remaining bechamel and grated cheese.
     Preheated oven at 180 degrees, 20 minutes, once elapsed, gratinamos.
