Rice and octopus

Hello! There are things that we should always keep in our cupboards or pantries, such as cans of various products such as vegetables, corn, all kinds of seafood, octopus, squid, shrimp, sardines, clams, canned beans, tuna so some everything.

Why I say this? Sometimes and especially on weekends surprise guests come to the house and are the days that we want to rest or eat something quick and easy and there are those weekends just cook more elaborate because more time.

This is because the recipe that I propose today is very simple, it is a delicious white rice with canned octopus but which will a few more ingredients for more flavor and view the presentation.
Did you surprise guests arrived? This recipe will get you out of trouble.
 
ingredients
     previously cooked white rice (left over if you use it in some other preparation and if you do not have some rice)
     1 can of octopus in oil, well drained
     1 lemon juice
     3 tablespoons soy sauce, low sodium (light)
     lemon peel for garnish and sauce
     green serrano chile, seeded, finely chopped (optional)

instructions
     The octopus you'll cut into medium pieces.
     The sauce is made with lemon juice and soy, you can put some zest and mix well. If you decide to put the green chile, add it to the sauce as well.
     If you want to trim the strong flavor of soy sauce you can put a little honey, mix well to dissolve.
     Add the octopus and mixtures.
     Preferably let stand before serving to coat well with the flavors.
     You put the hot rice on a plate and top with a little octopus they release juice and sauce and decorate with lemon zest.
     Very simple, quick and delicious.
     Serve with slices of baguette.
