ORANGES WITH CINNAMON


INGREDIENTS: 

Table 6 oranges
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup Cointreau
     or orange liqueur

PREPARATION:

     Peel 4 oranges, being careful to also remove the white part of the skin as possible. Cut into thin slices.
     Squeeze the remaining 2 oranges and add the juice cup sugar and Cointreau. Arrange orange slices on a platter and water them with the juice. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and leave half an hour in the fridge before serving.

     Note:
     Oranges cinnamon know more even if we incorporate it to juice and beat well before spraying him slices, but if you do not use mixer to low speed, lumps form.
